Living Links provides practical help, information and support to persons and families bereaved by suicide.  Mayo Mental Health Association is working with Living Links to provide a 4 day training programme to facilitate this process for County Mayo.

The training course for people interested in becoming a Living Links volunteer will be held in the Mayo Mental Health Association Information Centre, No. 2 New Antrim St, Castlebar and involves attending training workshops on four full days.

The training is free and lunch and refreshments will be provided.  The training will commence in September 2010 and will be held on Three Saturdays and One Sunday, namely: Saturday 11th, Sunday 12th, Saturday 18th and Saturday 25th September, from 9:30am to 5:00pm each day.
